Unconscious and irrational;

Aesthetic pleasure.

Reminiscent of the past: emotional.

Devastation: observed and clear,

That sense of something …

Embroiled here!

Bizarre collage.

Head and heart seen…

Twixt and between!

Nature represent.

Abstract, absurd and obscene,

Those lovers days were heaven sent…

Great Swallowtail…..

The heart is fluttering…

Sensuality and secrets of this female..

Inspired by the Exhibition Brides of the Sea at the Jerwood Gallery, and by Buterfly Bride (1938) by Eileen Agar (1899-1991).
